The decor of the lobby was beautiful; the room was quiet and comfortable - really nice!; the staff was superb! friendly, helpful; the free hot cookie was a nice perk; the breakfast, which I had one day, was good. Hotel not downtown but an under $10 LYFT ride away - easy peasy and a well-priced hotel; and convenient to the Biltmore Estate.

The hotel closed the bar and restaurant without it mentioned on booking .com or on the hotel website. Needed to go outside in 20 degrees weather to find a place to eat in a city I was not familiar with. Will never use booking .com again

The location and staff were nice when I needed to interact. The rooms were decent to be a pet friendly hotel! Good location by the highway. I didn't get to really explore the outside area due to the weather; It seemed nice.

Quite hotel with all the amenities anyone would need.. Very close to the entrance of Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village. Breakfast was delicious every morning and staff is friendly. We enjoyed the sitting in the courtyard after our daily excursions.
