The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I came to tour the Biltmore and the hotel was just a few minutes from the ticket gate so you cant beat the location. The staff was exceptional, especially Carla at the front desk. She knew so much about the history of the area and made us feel very welcome.

Didnt realize it was right off of a busy road but it was pretty quiet and we enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable enough to bring our dog so it wasnt too cramps for him to be with us. Liked it too that we were at the end, right by the exit door so easy access to the outside for him to potty. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was fine and the waitress as well as all the staff that assisted us were too notch. We will definitely recommend the hotel.
